The Marathon School District is committed to high levels of learning for all students. We strive to provide engaging and equitable learning environments for everyone. To ensure that all students are afforded an optimal learning environment, the district will provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to all students.

Continuing this September, the entire district will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision part of The Healthy and Hungry Free Kids Act, a federally-funded program. The savings to our families are significant, as each family will save up to $900.00 a year for each student in the family.

Students will still use their 4-digit Lunch Pin Numbers as they come thru the Breakfast and Lunch lines. A la carte options and second meals are not free and will still be available for students. These items can be purchased using cash or My School Bucks account. No charging for snacks or ala carte items.

HOUSEHOLD INCOME

Please help us to continue to obtain and be eligible for free meals and additional programs provided by the state and federal government that benefit your child by filling out the Household Income paperwork and returning it to your home school.

Thank you in advance for completing the form, and if you have questions or concerns, please contact our cafeteria manager at (607) 849-3149.

AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS

Is your Junior/Senior high student hungry at the end of the day – with sports and activities still to come before dinner at home? Boxed snacks are available every day after school.

For $5.00, your child can choose one of three sandwiches, Snack Chips, fruit, and a cold drink. Salads are also available for $5.50. Please turn in the form by noon to the cashier, with no exceptions.
